Support Coordination is a Capacity Building support funded by the NDIS that helps participants make the most of their NDIS plan. It is designed to support individuals in understanding and navigating their plan, connecting with NDIS providers, mainstream services, community organizations, and other government supports. It also helps build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to manage and coordinate supports more independently.
